This thesis entitled "Health system of Germany" is an attempt to capture the specificity of the health insurance system at primary and secondary level and multiple reforms undertaken over a number of years. The analysis of this subject is achieved through data analysis and bibliographic data in three (3) sections. The introduction to concepts related to social security and health, follows the first chapter which analyzes data of social security in Germany. Particular, we analyze in detail the three pillars of the social security system in Germany, the principles governing the system but also the way in which organized social insurance in the country. Also analyzed the benefits of the social security system of Germany in kind and in cash as sickness, maternity, disability, unemployment, etc. The second chapter presents data regarding the insurance system of Germany as the historical development in a context of reforms while analyzed the providers of health services and safety importantly the insurance funds. Still, describes the sources of finance system and the option of private insurance. Finally, we present in detail how the organization of the health system by quantitative and qualitative approach. The third chapter assessed total insurance system of Germany with quote any of the positive and negative points and perspectives that are emerging in the coming years. The thesis concludes by citing findings that highlight the dynamics of the social security system of Germany.
