This dissertation analyzes the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Information Systems (SP) applied in health sector. The Information Systems are a set of technical procedures and equipment (devices), which are intended for the collection, recording, storage, retrieval, processing and analyzing information. The information systems cover many aspects of computing and technology. Information technology umbrella can be quite large, covering many areas and aspects. One of the most widespread administrative information systems are ERP and respectively the clinical information systems, which are used in the medical services of the health services unit, is the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The aim of this paper is to present the detailed recording of Hospital information systems and software available that can contribute to the integration of administrative and clinical information, aiming at the full clarification of the content of the above technologies.
