Abstract

This paper studies the context of human resource development through lifelong learning. The paper unfolds through the method of literature review. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the particular contribution of adults' evolving learning in every aspect of their lives, which confirms the importance of this thesis. Thus, the thesis is divided into three chapters; the first chapter studies the context of human resource development, the second chapter deals with the context of lifelong learning, and the thesis concludes with the interaction between lifelong learning and human resource development.
