| dc.description.abstract | Στις μέρες μας εξαιτίας της παγκοσμιοποίησης και της ανταγωνιστικότητας που υπάρχει γενικότερα στις οικονομίες δημιουργείται η ανάγκη στις επιχειρήσεις για τη δόμηση μιας εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας η οποία θα παίξει καθοριστικό ρόλο τόσο στην πορεία όσο και στην εξέλιξη τους. Στην παρούσα εργασία θα ασχοληθούμε με την εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα δηλαδή τις διαδικασίες μεταφοράς προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών από το σημείο παραγωγής στο σημείο παράδοσης. Στόχος της πάντα είναι η μείωση του κόστους μεταφοράς παρέχοντας στον πελάτη τη βέλτιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Η διαχείριση της εφοδιαστικής σχετίζεται με την προσέγγιση πολλαπλών λειτουργιών σχετικά με την κυκλοφορία των πρώτων υλών στην επιχείρηση. Οι πρώτες ύλες χρησιμοποιούνται για τη δημιουργία των τελικών προϊόντων τα οποία θα μεταφερθούν μέσω των καναλιών διανομής στους τελικούς καταναλωτές. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας θα ασχοληθούμε με τη μελέτη της εταιρείας Βίκος Α.Ε. όπου θα παρουσιάσουμε γενικές πληροφορίες για τη δομή, τη λειτουργία και την εταιρική κουλτούρα της επιχείρησης. Τέλος με τη χρήση διαγραμμάτων, πινάκων και της μεθόδου ABC θα αναλύσουμε τα προϊόντα της επιχείρησης. | el |

| dc.description.abstractEN | In our days dye to globalizations and competitiveness that exist amount the economist there is a necessity for the companies to build up there supply chain which will be a deterministic factor for they progress and evolution along their way. In the current thesis we will concentrate on the supply chain procedure. A key objective of these study will be the understanding of for the transportation procedure from the production state to words the delivery stage. A main goal of a proper’s performance of a supply chains will be an efficient reduction of the cost while at the same time provided an excellent customer service experience. The management of supply chain associated with a monitoring of different operations which are playing an essential role of the raw materials to the company. In the final chapter of this study we will evaluate the company Vikos S.A where will present general information of the company structure, operational functions, and corporate culture.
