dc.description.abstract	Η κατ΄οίκον νοσηλεία εξελίσσεται εδώ και αρκετό καιρό, αναπτύσσεται γρήγορα ενώ ενσωματώνει πολλές νέες υπηρεσίες. Αν και είναι καλά εδραιωμένη στις ανεπτυγμένες χώρες, τέτοια φροντίδα σπάνια υπάρχει στον αναπτυσσόμενο κόσμο. Τα πλεονεκτήματα της κατ’ οίκον νοσηλείας είναι πολλά με βασικό αυτό της μείωσης του κόστους και της άνεσης που προσφέρει στο ίδιο τον ασθενή. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι εργασίας είναι η σύγκριση του κόστους της κατ΄οίκον νοσηλείας και του κόστος με βάση τα νοσήλια σε νοσηλευτικό ίδρυμα. Η παρούσα σύγκριση αφορά τη λήψη αερίων αίματος, και τη διαδικασία σίτισης με ρινογαστρικό σωλήνα (levine) και τη σίτιση ενδοφλεβίως. Τα ευρήματα της παρούσας μελέτης συμφωνούν με αυτά της βιβλιογραφίας σύμφωνα με τα οποία η κατ’ οίκον νοσηλεία έχει χαμηλότερο κόστος σε σύγκριση με την ενδονοσοκομειακή νοσηλεία γεγονός που θα αποφορτίσει οικονομικά το κράτος, το φόρτο εργασίας στα νοσηλευτικά ιδρύματα καθώς και θα υπηρετεί οικονομικότερα, ορθότερα και πιο εξατομικευμένα τις ανάγκες των ασθενών.	el

dc.description.abstractEN	Home Health Care is continuously evolving and meanwhile it involves new other services. Despite the fact that home health care is well established in developed countries, such kind of health care is rare in the developing world. The advantages of home health care is of great number and the most important is this which is related to the reduction of cost and the comfort of the patients. The aim of the present paper is the comparison of the cost between this of the hospitals and the home care services. This comparison is made for activities such as taking blood saturation, feeding through the nasogastric tube (levine) and feeding through the veins. The findings of the present study are in line with those of the literature according to which home care has a lower cost compared to inpatient care, which will financially discharge the state, the workload in hospitals and will serve more economically, more correctly and more individualized patient needs.	el
