dc.description.abstractEN	This thesis is trying to examine why the declaration of a Greek Exclusive Economic Zone is so crucial for the existence of Greece, and also examines the best way to do so. Similar cases will be used in order to understand the importance of the declaration of the EEZ and in order to analyze which is the proper way to complete this settlement. Key study for this research is the international law, especially the law of the sea. Also, in order to understand the concept of the EEZ need be to analyze a general background before we go in depth in our analysis and examine the case of the Creek EEZ.	el
