The purpose of this research was to study the level of job satisfaction and job motivation. To study the purpose of the research, the quantitative analysis method through the design of a closed-ended questionnaire was selected. A convenience sample of 70 employees was defined for the purpose of the research. This particular sampling technique has been chosen as it is more economical and faster in terms of time. The analysis wasperformed using the SPSS22.0 statistical software. Through the analysis it was found that the level of job satisfaction and motivation ranged at satisfactory levels.
