dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει σαν στόχο να κωδικοποιήσει και ν’αναλύσει τις διεθνείς ρυθμίσεις και το αντίστοιχο νομοθετικό καθεστώς που αφορά την έρευνα και διάσωση καθώς και την ανέλκυση ναυαγίων.Πιο συγκεκριμένα γίνεται μια εκτενέστερη αναφορά στον Διεθνή Ναυτιλιακό Οργανισμό, ο οποίος από την αρχή της ίδρυσης του ασχολείται με την προστασία της ανθρώπινης ζωής στην θάλασσα και την μείωση των ατυχημάτων. Επιπλέον, αναλύονται και άλλες διεθνείς συμβάσεις,όπως MARPOL, SOLAS κ.α, οι οποίες ρυθμίζουν τα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις των κρατών, των ιδιωτικών φορέων αλλά και των ιδιωτικών συμφερόντων όταν εισέρχονται στο χώρο της ναυτιλίας έκτακτα περιστατικά που θέτουν σε κίνδυνο την ανθρώπινη ζωή, το περιβάλλον, το φορτίο. Η μελέτη αυτή επιδιώκει να παρουσιάσει συνοπτικά τις πιο πρόσφατες θεσμικές εξελίξεις που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί από διεθνείς αλλά και εγχώριους οργανισμούς.Εν κατακλείδι, αξίζει να τονιστεί ότι οι περισσότερες νομοθετικές αλλαγές έλαβαν χώρα μετά από την δημιουργία κάποιου μεγάλου ναυαγίου.	el

dc.description.abstractEN	This diploma thesis aims to codify and analyze international regulations and the corresponding legislative regime regarding the search and rescue picking up shipwrecks. In particular, a more extensive reference is made to the International Maritime Organization, which since the beginning of its foundation has been engaged in the protection of human life in the sea and the reduction of artillery. In addition, other international conventions, such as MARPOL, SOLAS, etc., which regulate the rights and obligations of States, private bodies and private interests, when entering the shipping industry, threaten human life, the environment, the load. This study seeks to summarize the latest institutional developments that have been made by both international and domestic organizations. In conclusion, it is worth noting that most of the legislative changes took place after the creation of a major shipwreck.	el
