dc.description.abstract	Κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της Κίνας είναι η χάραξη συγκεκριμένης στρατηγικής που πέραν των δυσκολιών ενός συγκεντρωτικού συστήματος και υψηλής γραφειοκρατίας τυγχάνει να υλοποιείται αποτελεσματικά. Η οικονομία της Κίνας θυμίζει πολύ έντονα μια γιγαντιαία επιχείρηση. Η συσχέτιση αυτή ανάμεσα στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη της Κίνας και της ανάπτυξης της ναυτιλίας σε όλους τους κλάδους με έμφαση στη ναυπηγική βιομηχανία αποτέλεσε πάντα αντικείμενο ενδιαφέροντος. Μεθοδολογικά η ανάλυση στηρίχτηκε στη λογική των επιχειρηματικών κύκλων και πιο συγκεκριμένα της διασύνδεσης ανάμεσα στους ρυθμούς ανάπτυξης και τους αντίστοιχους ρυθμούς μεταβολής της ναυτιλιακής δραστηριότητας.	el

dc.description.abstractEN	China can be mainly characterized for its successful implementation of a long term strategy, while overcoming the associated difficulties of its centralized system and excessive bureaucracy. One can observe a mirror image of China as a huge enterprise. A correlation between the economic growth of China and the growth of the shipping industry in all sectors associated with the marine industry was always a subject of intense interest. Methodologically the analysis was supported in the logic of business circles and more concretely the interconnection between the rates of growth and the corresponding rates of change of the shipping activity.	el
