Μελέτη βελτιστοποίησης φυσικού αντικειμένου μηχανολογικής συντήρησης σε βιομηχανικές εγκαταστάσεις, με χρήση ποσοτικών μεθόδων αξιολόγησης κινδύνων
The aim of this thesis is the optimization of maintenance process in a mechanical unit, in time and cost level. Firstly, we will proceed to the analysis of the Theory of Maintenance, the principles, assumptions and mathematical models that govern it. Then the analysis will be focused on a particular component which is widely used in mechanical unit. This accessory is heat exchangers. We will analyze the mechanical parts and their function. Subsequently, using actual data we will calculate various qualitative and quantitative characteristics at the level of maintenance for this mechanical component. After that, we will use mathematical tools of Theory of Maintenance. Continuing our work we will use Probabilistic Forecasting calculation methods to exclude conclusions regarding the future planning of maintenance for a mechanical unit in time and cost level. In conclusion, we will create a Risk Management System (Monte Carlo simulation) in order to achieve the final optimization Maintenance Project in the medium term. At this point appropriate Risk calculations software will be used. Finally we will extract useful conclusions regarding to the best maintenance methods, the time and financial limits and the schedule of the whole process. Simultaneously, we will propose solutions so as the maintenance of a mechanical unit, which nowadays is a focal character and extensive project, become more effective for the scope of the project. The results which were obtained through the optimization, contribute to the adjustment of the General Maintenance of Mechanical Unit. As a result, the cost of Long Term Maintenance is reduced after 50 years by 45% and the scope of each project of General Maintenance (shutdown) by 32%.
