Σχεδιασμός μοντέλου πολυκριτήριας συνδυαστικής επιλογής προμηθευτών υπηρεσιών μεταφορών
The purpose of this thesis is to design a model with multicriteria combinatorial supplier selection of transport services. The aim of the thesis is to study and present the most important and widespread criteria used to address the problem of evaluating and selecting suppliers of transport services and for the development and analysis of an evaluation selection model of the dominant from a list of various suppliers of transport services. Initially presented in detail the criteria and then through algorithms we select the most appropriate company. The control and selection is divided in two stages. Firstly, we check the static criteria with low volatility such as infrastructure and environmental impacts etc, while in the second stage we check dynamic criteria with high volatility such as schedules, delivery of goods without damage etc. The elements of dynamic criteria derived from transport projects performed by the companies. Finally we evaluate the winner company and drawing conclusions.
