| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι ,μετά την ανάλυση βασικών εννοιών που θα
χρησιμοποιήσουμε στην εργασία ,η περιγραφή της λειτουργίας μιας αποθήκης σε εταιρία third
party logistics(3PL), η μελέτη της δομής της και η παρουσίαση των βασικών λειτουργιών και
διαδικασιών της αποθήκης. Περιγράφονται οι στρατηγικές picking, ο εξοπλισμός και τα
συστήματα αποθήκευσης ,οι μέθοδοι order picking και βασικοί δείκτες μέτρησης
παραγωγικότητας. Ειδικότερα ,γίνεται αναφορά στον όμιλο Βεϊνόγλου, τις δραστηριότητες του
ομίλου και συγκεκριμένα στην λειτουργεία του κέντρου διανομής της Ελευσίνας, και
καταγράφεται η ροή της παραγγελίας στα διάφορα πληροφοριακά συστήματα , από την
καταχώρησή της παραγγελίας στο Warehouse Management System της εταιρίας Βεϊνόγλου
μέχρι και την παράδοσή της στον πελάτη. | el |
