The thesis is an effort to develop an educational game aimed at improving students with dyscalculia
and those with low level math skills . As part of this thesis, the effects of dyscalculia studied in young
learners and a Serious Game that uses innovative teaching methods to combat the phenomenon is
developed. It is concluded that in comparison with the old respective application embodiments, these
practices carry further improvement of the mathematical ability of users. This thesis suggests that the
use of improved educational techniques may present greater development of student skills.
