Restaurants and coffee shops are one of the most significant
economic factors in Greece. It is one of the basic sources of income for
Greece and a fundamental source of employment for the countries
employees. In order for a restaurant or cafeteria to succeed it will need to
provide products and services of high quality.
The goal of this paper is to perform a case study of a restaurant or
cafeteria; more specifically the Mikel coffee shops at the Glyka Nera area of
Attica.
