Abstract

In the edge of the e-government there is need not only for the extension of the range that provides services but also for a parallel improvement of the quality and the cost reduction. This present study deals with the need of extension of the e-government in Cyprus on issues like working and insurance legislation. We emphasize on how the e-government will help like reducing the responsibilities of the administration on governing, how the employees can be more efficient and offer better services to their customers in less time than before but mostly how the governments mechanisms will do more effective and efficient controls. There is an analysis on how the external users, as costumers, can manage their own financial data and how they can be served immediately and exempted from the traditional payment of tax with safety. A presentation of the two Net Centric Informative Systems in the cloud computing for the egovernment which places the Cypriot Democracy in application for the restriction of the above problems. According to the system the most administrative processes will be done electronically via calculating clouds. In addition it is used the “Action Research” technique in an effort to investigate how the previous applications could help the government controls to be more effective and efficient. It is appreciate that the transfer of an Informative System as it concern the payment, the transfer and the sale of a real estate via a calculating cloud will help the most, especially in the ultimate goal of the present study as well as the best service provider to their customers, employees of the department as in the state.
