With all the technological progress, someone could argue that all the needs for in telecommunication sector
are covered. This may be true, but at the same time new needs are emerge and the demands of the users are
rising. Video transmission is now taken for granted, and the whole technological progress is leading towards
this direction. New device are capable of capture High Definition context, producing enormous amount of
data that needs to be transmitted.
It is crucial to have a way to understand the user’s needs and furthermore to be able to estimate if
they are feeling satisfied with the provided services. To be able to measure that, we must have in mind the
network condition, the service that is being used, but also and the users profiles with their needs and their
expectations, and all those factors that can influence their judgment
