The evaluation and the administration of hospital staff are two concepts where the last decades concern more and more every involved party, as the supply of quality services should be well and continuously organized.
The improvement of evaluation and administration systems is an essential need, as the requirements for more quality medical services are increasing more and more. Such improvement is achieved through continuous measurements of effectiveness of existing systems and through continuous trial for finding new systems, which will lead to more effective utilization of the limited sources in healthcare system.
The purpose of this project is to analyze the evaluation and administration global systems in the hospital place and specially to compare the quality level of the healthcare system in six countries (England, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal).
