Abstract
The management of the available human factor through the recruitment, selection,
development, deployment and adaptation within an organization called Human Resources
Administration. In a Hospital Unit, the Human resources are the key factor to ensure public
health, and to promote the prevention and early diagnosis. The people of a health
organization, given the difficult task they have to perform, it is necessary to harmonize both
with the organization and the society itself in ways that are strategically, ethically and socially
acceptable.
For the purposes of this administration, the Governor should have knowledge of
motivational models and to select, through them, the ways with whom will contribute to
achieving the organization's objectives. The aim is the finding of the right people who will
staff the unit, the excellent cooperation between them and the creation of a positive climate
with which the members of the unit can perform and contribute to the goals of this unit.
The training of the personnel is vital, given the continuous developments in the health
sector within the global society we live. So, the choice of an appropriate training program is
important in order to be in line with the needs of the hospital unit and contribute to achieving
the objectives of.
It is understood that the Governor of a Hospital Unit has to perform a complicated and
important task, since his main task is the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and
controlling. The taken decisions must be implemented by all the members of the Hospital
Unit, with aim of providing quality health care with respect for people.
