The subject of this master thesis is the implementation of a responsive website for direct selling
of traditional products from producers. Its name is traditFoodMarket. The traditFoodMarket
escapes from the limits of the shop and provides a platform in which producers have a complete
control of their products and orders. The functionality of traditFoodMarket is changed and is
adapted according to the level of the users who use it, which is divided to unauthorised users /
customers, producers and the administrator. Apart from the application development, a detailed
description of the functional and technical specifications is presented. Finally an assessment of
the system, through an online questionnaire, took place in order to check whether the
application meets the needs of the potential users.
