The main aim of this dissertation is to develop the appropriate Key Performance Indicators, in order to evaluate the progress of a project through 3 main directions. Timing, Costing and Workload. At first, we created the project using Microsoft Project and placed all the corresponding tasks and resources. Our next step was to schedule it in terms of timing and costing. Afterwards, we created several KPIs and graphical indicators. In the end, we monitored the actual progress of the project comparing it with the baseline status we had initially set, through the aforementioned indicators.
