Abstract

The use of the patient's electronic file is now widespread in our country. The scientific paper presented below, includes the presentation application I.K.I.A. (Electronic Registration of the patient History. The Application of the I.K.I.A held after contacting doctors’ specialties of cardiology, gynecology and dentistry. When contacting doctors performed recording and study of the questionnaires used for the collection of historical each patient. After an extensive literature review and searching patient history online registration applications, created the application H.K.I.A. The application generated in .NET C # environment and the database in MYSQL.
