New trends and developments in Information Technologies (IT) have forced companies to radically change the way they operate, with IT adoption to be considered as a necessary asset.
This Master’s Thesis deals with the Electronic Business in the food and beverages industry in the Greek market. E-Business is an upcoming technology trend which shows great prospects and is capable to deliver extra value to Greek customers.
The scope of this business plan is to highlight the opportunities in an extremely challenging and galloping market, as the food sector is.
The thesis begins with the presentation of the business idea followed by the mission and vision of the company. The nest part provides background information on the products for sale. The next section includes the internal and external enterprise analysis, with reference to the management and marketing plan. Following are analyzed the financial and cost projects. In the last section of the thesis is being described the way the online shop has been created
