The basic purpose of this particular dissertation is to cite and analyze the role and importance of employee’s training inside the working environment of commercial banking. According to this, we are trying to examine the way that operation of commercial banks is being affected by various forms of training offered to their employees. Upon this hypothesis, we will also attempt to conduct a “deep” research on the basis of training methods and techniques for employees in ourdays, so as to provide a useful framework for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages mentioned accordingly. By that, we will be able to propose some alternative methods of employee’s training and come to a basic and useful conclusion about the role of training and education of employees inside banking institutions in Greece.
