Within the globalized reality of today, organizations and entrepreneurships are in a constant quest for plausible areas of competitive advantage. Given that competition is global and ever increasing, the aforementioned dimension gains an impetuous meaning within the modern business reality. In the previously mentioned context, such areas of competitive advantage are more often than not, found in constant organizational changes either as mergers and acquisitions or rationalization of existing structures, in favor of more efficient and effective organizational circumstances. A direct effect of the previously described reality, are considerations related to the tranquil application of any given pre-designed organizational change. In particular, issues of acceptance-resistance to change and arising conflict situations, constitute areas of debate in a plethora of instances of modern research. At the same time, given the aforementioned reality, mechanisms of motivation of the Human Resource as means of effective Management of Change, assume a dominant meaning within the context of organizations and entrepreneurships. The mobilization of motivation methods, as means of minimizing any given negative phenomena related to change, becomes the cornerstone of the modern management of change. The previously described dimension constitutes the area of expertise of the present Master Thesis. It is structured upon the review of modern bibliography's findings and their interconnection, via case study of ELAIS Unilever Hellas, with modern experience. Through this research venture, a series of findings are being confirmed and at the same time profoundly interesting areas of future research seem to arise.
