This research aims at studying the provision of primary health care for the elderly at the local level. It explores the perceptions of older people on the effectiveness and care provision, through social security organizations. As primary health care is not well developed in large cities, people are facing with difficulties to access primary care settings when they are in need. Moreover, it targets to address the following questions: what type of services they use on a regular basis and if they are satisfied from the services received.
