Nowadays with the introduction of the technology in the inpatient and the outpatient care is more and more obvious the need for quality control in the given care, to the cost and the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the patient. So, becomes clear the evolutional way of the health systems within the inevitable turn to quality. In this study, it is examined not only the theoretical part of the quality but also an inspection of how the certification of the Department of ct-Scan, Magnetic Tomography and Osteoporosis can affect the satisfaction of the external and the internal customers of the Hygeia Hospital.
