In the following work sure, effective and acceptable, economically and cultural, ways of management of waste that emanate from institutions that provide services of health, are proposed. Bigger importance has been given in the description of basic stages of management of waste while are described and the technological specifications that are required. At the same time, becomes effort is given an administrative approach of subject but much more is given accent in the information for the dangers that includes the careless and irresponsible management of hospital waste. The work thus can be addressed so much in the administrative levels of institutions of benefit of services and in responsible hospital infections, but much more it provides briefing in the workers that are occupied in these work. The management of hospital waste apart from the technical problems that present, is simultaneously also influenced from cultural, social and economic conditions. The establishment of well drawn legal frame that would cover all the parameters of they are vital importance and are stressed in the work, while is mentioned in the annex indicatively the being in effect legal frame that however empirically, is characterized dome, insufficient and vague. The observation of internal regulation of management is very important and the governors of hospitals owes to place him as one from the basic priorities. The hospitals and the remaining institutions of benefit of services of health, have moral obligation toward t o environment and the public health, which is closely connected with the waste or litter that they produce. This beginning should ensure that do not exist reverse environmental and sanitary consequences from the benefit of services of care. Adopting a policy of management of waste that would include the parameters that are described in this work, the organisms of benefit of services of health contribute in the maintenance a sure and healthy environment that concerns so much the workers that are occupied but mainly entire the society.
