Our proposal involves the development of a major company in the Greek market, a rehabilitation centre in the prefecture of Kavala, which is calculated that it can improve the quality of life of the residents of the county as well as providing crucial services for the population. To be more realistic, the proposed rehabilitation centre of Kavala, the first year will have 60% traffic on all services provided. This percentage increases by 10% each year until it reaches 90% in the fifth year. The total investment is estimated at 17.520.000 € and that will initially create 112 job positions. In order to create the business plan, analysis of the institutional framework that governs the establishment and operation of rehabilitation centres was conducted, the current situation at the market and competition with the neighbouring prefectures of Xanthi, Drama, Serres and Thessaloniki was surveyed. Subsequently, according to the demographics of the Greek Statistical Service, a determination of capacity and the technical characteristics of the study rehabilitation centre was defined. Having captured all of the above in terms of size, a costing analysis of the investment budget was conducted in revenues and, finally, the evaluation of the viability of the investment.
