The services of health are a market that each investment movement should be done with big attention. In Greece the private sector of health services possesses a big share of market so much in the first and in the secondary care with continuously ascendant tendency. The Dentistry is the science which deals with the prevention and the treatment of pathological situations of oro-gnathic system. In this specialized medical sector is observed particular need of benefit of relative services that takes separate place in the market of services of health with the creation of specialized surgeries that is named dental clinic. The present work examines analytically and it presents all those parameters and conditions (legal, organizational-functional, financing) that are required in order this investment for the creation of private dental clinic that is activated in the diseases of oro-gnathic system, is being viable and operational. Private dental clinic is organized and is staffed by specialized personnel. With the use of admissions and treatment of financing data is proved the profitability and his viability, which creates optimism for investments in private dental clinic.
