In this paper we present the process by which it reaches the proper installation, use and maximize the effectiveness of capacity-workers in an organization.
As is known, the staff is one of the four key elements that make up the concept of the organization. These data have to be combined together in an inseparable unity, through an efficient system of organization and coordination to ensure the maximization of the efficiency of the organization.
Every organization, regardless of its nature, seeks to achieve its objectives through the use of certain financial resources, logistical, human, knowledge, etc. The efficient use of these resources is the continuing objective functions and activities called "administration".
The efficiency with which it can be employed by an organization depends largely on how it is administered and exploited general staff available. For this reason, every head must be able to work effectively with staff and solve satisfactorily the many and varied problems posed by the administration staff.
So if we want to achieve the objectives of an organization should all managers and staff to know clearly what must produce results. The effectiveness of the organization is directly dependent on the efficiency of the work of his staff.
Thus the evaluation of the work of employees, may be compared with the assessment of the organization. By performance is meant the construction - completion by the employee of a particular project. The evaluation of this performance is a systematic description of the strengths and weaknesses of each employee in this job, which should be guided by specific criteria, rules, methods and evaluation mistakes, so it is the most objective possible and real.
In the course of this work describes two successful organizations (in each of), that through proper management, development and evaluation of personnel, implementation of many of their goals.
