Abstract

The rapid development and evolution of the New Technology in Communication and Information Science, as well as the constantly increasing expectations in the field of labor and education did not leave unaffected our demands for learning and specialization. The integration of computer science (Information Science) into Education constituted a priority in every contemporary (modern) society with the aim of securing the participation of the citizens in the competitive society of information and their continual development.. The objective of this dissertation is the scheming (planning) of an Internet website e-learning, in which the user or whoever concerned will be able to attend seminars on the Internet, irrespective of the level of learning and knowledge, in spite of the fact that we do not talk about something new in the field of education, it has had a great appeal, mainly with the use of electronic instruments and applications for the improvement (amelioration) of these new modes (ways) of learning. On the website of information those concerned can be thoroughly briefed on (informed of) what is offered by a fully equipped laboratory providing distant learning. The second website hosts the Internet application, which was created aiming students, as well as the facilitation of its use on the part of operators providing all the absolutely necessary instruments for the best conduct of its seminars.
