The chronic kidney failure divided into five stage and is progressive that causes the irreversible reduction of kidney function (is caused by damage of the kidney). The major causes of damage are diabetes, hypertension, glomerulonephritis and polycystic kidneys. The therapy of chronic kidney failure includes the conservative management, the substitution of kidney function by dialysis, substitution of kidney function in peritoneal dialysis and finally the transplant of kidney. So the diet that follows the patient as the compliance of the patient towards the rules of the treatment is equally important for the therapy’s success. The chronic kidney failure is a serious disease, which causes “negatives” effects on quality of patients’ life particularly with regard to their psychological well-being, social and economic prosperity as the cost of treatments is too high especially the dialysis which is the most common therapy. The early and regular kidney monitoring is extremely important characterized by reduced morbidity and mortality, increased survival rate and lower financial cost.
