This study is a first research study to evaluate the organizational culture of the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center. Goal: to bring out if the existing organization with the existing structure and function has a clear organizational culture and values that characterize the members of the hospital and and what image they want to have their organization who are active members and how they want to change the structure of organizational culture in order to be competitive with the external environment.
