In this paper, we attempt to present a software for the management and administration of catering outlets . The purpose of the software is the automatic ordering directly from the client’s to kitchen, but the recording and storage of orders and monitoring of time preparing orders. The name of the software is monopoly and the idea came from the familiar to most game monopoly, as the design of software like game . The presentation is completed within 8 chapters and at the end, in Annex A business process instance log restaurant . Each chapter deals with the analysis of a query. Each chapter opens with a description of what had been reported in the past and what will follow later in this chapter and closes with the conclusions of the chapter, except the first which opens with an introduction and chapters six, seven , eight and nine which have not and conclusions concerning the four stages for the implementation of software , these are respectively the stages of analysis , the stage of planning and implementation stage of the verification and validation stage of evolution. In the first chapter analyzes the question "how software systems help in management of restaurants? " . Specify exactly the research problem and the purpose and objectives of this this. The second chapter deals with the analysis of the question "Why is it a problem?". Specifically because the management and administration of restaurants is a problem and as a consequence, the use of software monopoly comes to propose and improve this problem. Becomes a literature review and the chapter ends with the conclusion that the management of a restaurant depends not only on the management software but also on the way that will move the company focusing its objectives, this is what will determine success or failure. The third chapter analyzes the question "What is the role of software in the management and administration of restaurants?". Here specify the purpose and objectives of the business focus and describe the proposed software monopoly. Finally the conclusions we hold that technology evolves strides and man follows the market demand are altered in all areas so the area of focus you give to follow and businesses be compatible with market demand and this feature the software offers monopoly. The fourth chapter deals with "How to implement the software system?". In the fifth chapter become the requirements analysis describes the process that you are automating , presents the system architecture and the use case diagram (Use Case Diagram) and class diagram (Class Diagram). In the sixth chapter, the design shows the database tables, fields and relationships between them. The seventh and final chapter deals with the question "What is the contribution of this work?". Become an overview of what I learned I did not know why this is important, but also for future extensions of software monopoly. Finally, the chapter ends with the conclusions of which hold that the software monopoly comes to bettering the management and administration of a shop catering can certainly organize a business , especially businesses like Goodies and Mc.Donald which have this menu and able to them, to give a solution for the overall administration and management.
