During this thesis we will develop a web based application in order to cover the item reservation needs of networks lab. The goal of the web application is to keep a track of all networks lab item reservations and the scheduling of future reservations in order to avoid conflicts between them. There are four (4) item categories in the networks’ lab – hardware, journals, books and software.
In this documentation we will mention the technologies used for developing this item reservation web application. Also we will describe the architecture of the web application and explain each architecture decision. At last we will demonstrate the user guide for the web application for both front and back end users.
