Abstract
This paper presents an evaluation of the system interface, which exists in the applications of a banking group. The assessment is made by the manufacturing process benchmarks interface design with users and with the completion of questionnaires (questionnaires). From the results of evaluations, conclusions were helped in the development of a new improved GUI (graphical user interface). The new GUI implemented in application "recording security features of the group" that is the purpose of this work and is presented at the end.
