The introduction of an Information System in an organization is not always accompanied with success. During the development of a system, but also well before that, the adoption of a realistic approach is required in order for users (experts or not) to become sensitive to specific benefits the introduction of technology will bring about in their environment and to ultimately configure an appropriate culture. In latest years, in most Information Systems, on-line help service is a common characteristic. During the conversion of the printed documentation to on-line, specific planning methods have to be used, so that the learning and objective goals of each user are satisfied in a meaningful way. Not few are the times when the familiarization/learning procedure of a system is considered to be essential for users of an organization who are geographically disperse. Through e-learning, the trainee has the opportunity to access knowledge everywhere and at any time. Furthermore, the system is also available to all those who simply have a computer, without an organized learning space being required. All the aforementioned matters are being examined in the line of this paper. Lastly, a case study of UniSystems company follows with intent to present a real life Learning Program.
