The completion of this courseware is to create an attractive and challenging learning environment conducive to exploratory, active and creative learning. The aim is to improve the quality of teaching and learning process. Below we explain the process of creating such educational software for teaching the course "Environmental Study" for students of elementary school. In the first chapters we analyze the basic concepts of the theory of educational software and after that you can find all steps of manufacture of enforcement activities at both user and developer level.
