The purpose of this thesis is to design and develop an extensible software framework to provide personalized recommendations, information and assistance integrating personalization algorithms, data mining and enrichment of metadata. Within the presentation of the framework implemented an advanced multimedia information management system, which combines features - profile of user behavior, actions and history of transactions to provide value added services to him. Users and providers of multimedia today face a common problem: how to deal the "crisis of choice" which exists at a time when so many different forms of media presented to them. Under these conditions, the search is not a complete solution and providing recommended material can improve the user experience. To implement the application we used application development platform Visual Studio. Net 2010, the C # programming language and database management system SQL Server 2008. The web services used were identified as SOAP/XM Lweb services.
