Abstract
In this investigation, it examines the labor satisfaction of seamen. The examination of human factor in the shipping it is very important while in research of MARCOM (1998) that it aimed in to connect the human factor with the challenge of accidents. It was found that in the 16% of naval accidents, the human factor and specifically the composition of payment they were involved. It initially generally speaking per labor satisfaction and labor output. In other capital, it makes analysis of branch of shipping work, posts in the sea and the particularity of shipping profession. It examines various questions per labor satisfaction and it tries to find who factors of substantives contribute in seamen to be satisfied from their work. In this research 60 seamen have taken part, who have worked or work in Greek shipping companies. It examines 4 nationalities -Greek, Russian, Ukrainians and Georgians.
