The educational software aims to create a rich, attractive and provocative training environment conducing exploratory, energetic and creative learning. The objective is to improve the quality of the teaching and learning. In this document we are trying to build such an educational software for the learning of French language. Initially, we refer to the basic concepts of the theory of educational software and secondly we specifically analyze how educational software applies to the foreign languages. Finally, we describe the process of making the project on both programmer’s and user’s level, detailing the action to implement the system when the user interacts with it.
