Technological explosion in the last decade has brought us all very close the World Wide Web and we use the computer as a tool that can satisfy most of ours requirements such as the electronic submission of tax declarations, perform online banking, we can buy from online stores in Greece or abroad, participation in auctions in real time. Therefore, the development of Internet and technology boom a new type of crime is growing use of digital technology and computers. Thus was developed and the corresponding legal framework that protects us from such crimes. In this thesis will look at and analyze how we can protect ourselves against such crimes and how it protects from a legal standpoint.
