The Drawings of Management of waste of boat and residues of charge, as well as the required harbor installations of reception of these in each Greek harbors, constitute the subjects of pastime of present work. It is the way with which the involved institutions manage the waste or better called the Waste Resource Handling in ports especially, taking also into consideration - beyond the cost estimating factors - and the environmental too. The presentation of questions in question was based on Legal Frame, via examination of degree of adoption and application of Community Directive 2000/59 in Greece. Moreover, became treatment of Statistical Data and use of Conventions. Based on these facts, resulted also the followed Billing Policy. The more basic conclusion that resulted is that we are not in position to generalize each conclusion, neither we propose one and alone way of application of drawing. Each harbor has his particularities and the applied policies and action, is adapted respectively. The prospects are presented auspicious, however exist still margins of improvements through solutions and proposals as these are presented in the text.
