This MBA thesis is a business plan for a Greek industrial company specializing in fin-coil heat exchangers for commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC applications. Over the next 3 years, the company aims to achieve at least 7% revenue growth and expand its sales abroad. More specifically, the strategic focus of the expansion abroad lies in the Netherlands. The study examines, among others, : the company’s internal and external environment in Greece and the Netherlands, and presents SWOT, PEST(LE), and Porter’s Five Forces. Also, a targeted Marketing and Go-To-Market strategy is developed, and the product mix and TAM, SAM, SOM have been established. The focus is on a 3-year financial forecast plan for B2B sales to distributors with the help of a business developer. Overall, the study concludes that it is a very realistic scenario for the company to enter the Dutch market, with the company achieving a positive ROI and maintaining a positive cash flow from the investment over the studied period.
