The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly transformed the way educational processes are designed and implemented. In the field of Science Education, simulations represent a particularly valuable tool, as they allow students to explore and experiment with physical phenomena in a safe, interactive, and flexible environment, thereby enhancing their engagement and understanding of complex concepts.
The aim of this thesis is to create an asynchronous digital distance learning course that uses simulations to teach physics to secondary school students. This course will provide students with additional opportunities to understand and practice physics concepts.
The thematic units and proposed activities are directly aligned with the official Secondary School Science Curriculum from the Ministry of Education and serve as a supplement to it, with the goal of strengthening students’ conceptual understanding and deepening their knowledge of fundamental principles in Physics.
