This paper explores the role of mentoring and feedback as strategic tools to enhance employee engagement. In an ever-changing work environment, where organizational success depends to a large extent on the active participation and psychological bonding of employees to their work, the importance of developing meaningful mentoring relationships and providing systematic, constructive feedback is highlighted.
Through the combined analysis of theoretical approaches and empirical data, this study examines how mentoring relationships contribute to professional development, the enhancement of self-confidence, and the sense of belonging. The research was based on a quantitative study using a structured questionnaire, with the participation of 201 employees from various sectors. The results revealed a positive correlation between the presence of mentoring and higher levels of employee engagement, as well as the contribution of positive and well-structured feedback to improved performance and organizational trust. The study concludes that the combination of these two factors constitutes a critical strategic investment for organizations aiming to maintain high levels of employee commitment and productivity.
