Within the framework of modern educational policies, initiatives and guidelines are actively promoted to enhance teachers' digital skills, recognizing the importance of digital literacy not only as a fundamental basis for the quality of learning but also as a significant tool for their individual development and professional advancement.
The aim of this Master's Thesis is to create a digital course that enhances the basic digital skills of preschool teachers and professionals. The course follows microlearning philosophy and consists of an introduction, four micro-lessons, and a final exam. With this structure, flexibility in learning is provided, along with the ability to gradually absorb the content. The learning outcomes focus on the trainees' ability to manage and organize digital files and use basic Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Through the course, learners become familiar with the proper use of these tools, facilitating both their daily tasks and the learning process. The implementation methodology includes interactive presentations, targeted demonstration and practice activities, and a variety of digital tools, supporting active participation and critical thinking. The Google Classroom environment allows for the organized presentation of materials, creating a comprehensive and enjoyable educational experience.
Finally, the course offers practical knowledge with immediate application, aiming to increase the digital literacy of preschool teachers, an essential element for the qualitative upgrading of the educational process in today's digital age.
