This thesis concerns the design and development of the web application "CodeYourJob", a user-centric job search platform based on the TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method. Its goal is to improve the recruitment process by providing personalized recommendations and objective evaluation of applications. The application, developed with Java (Spring Boot), React, and PostgreSQL, supports two user roles: candidates, who create profiles and submit applications, and companies, who publish and evaluate job postings. Its innovation lies in the use of TOPSIS for multi-criteria, personalized matching of candidates and positions, making job hunting more efficient and targeted.
