The present study focuses on the analysis of the evolution of the state at a linguistic and, more specifically, morphological level. It highlights the dynamics of international relations shaped through the lens of the Realist approach. Furthermore, it examines the reconfiguration of the Great Powers within a historical context, with particular emphasis on the strategic importance of the Eastern Mediterranean and the ongoing energy developments in the region. Finally, it explores how these energy-related developments influence the geopolitical position of Greece and Cyprus within the international arena.
