The present thesis examines the development of an innovative and user-friendly system
designed to meet the everyday operational needs of retail businesses, including supermarkets
and department stores, by optimizing inventory management.
Drawing on prior experience in supply chain operations, the system is developed with two
core objectives: first, to optimize inventory-related tasks, thereby reducing the workload on
store personnel; and second, to improve in-store services in order to enhance overall customer
experience.
At the heart of the system lies an integrated network consisting of an online platform and
an android application, both of which assist in managing daily operations while converting
collected data into structured reports and statistical insights. This functionality equips store
managers with accurate, real-time information crucial for effective restocking decisions.
